- Bring a completed
and signed BenArt
Realty Corp Application allowing the landlord to
obtain credit & income
information along with a $150.00 dollar or $200.00 dollar(if a guarantor
is necessary) money order or certified bank check made out to BenArt
Realty Corp. The $50.00 dollars is a non-refundable processing fee.
When
the application is approved, the $100.00 dollar deposit is substracted
from the first month rent and security deposit. If the tenant withdraws
application after being accepted, no refund will be granted.
- You
will need the following copies of documents:
Drivers License
Social Security Card
4 Current Paystubs or Letter from Employer
W-2 Form
Prior Years 1040
Landlord Reference & 4 Current Rent Receipts with Cancelled Checks
3-4 Current Bank Statements
- Upon receipt of your completed application and
paperwork, you will be notified as to the status of your application.
You will then be advised of the amount of security required and guarantor
requirements. It should be noted that if a guarantor is required, only
one guarantor is necessary per apartment and that a guarantor application
and $50.00 fee must be received before your application is further

- After completing the above procedure, BenArt
will schedule a lease signing appointment. You will be required to
either send a certified bank check, or money order, and agreed upon
security deposit prior to the lease signing.
